We are a multidiscipline graphic design studio that specializes in content-rich print and web-based communications. Our extensive background in editorial and content marketing design is matched with a passion for new technology and online media. We work with businesses and institutions to create designs that integrate words, images and interactivity to produce compelling, user-centric publications and websites.

Services
Based in Beverly, Massachusetts, located near Salem on Boston's North Shore, we offer graphic design, art direction, and project management services for print and digital media.
Our work includes illustrated books, magazines, newsletters, catalogs, programs, annual reports, and content-oriented websites.
We excel at creating designs that integrate words and images to produce compelling, well organized publications and web environments.
What sets us apart as designers is that, unlike many graphic designers, we think like editors.
Recently, it seems we have seen a resurgence of large, print editorial projects in the studio.
In the past three months alone we have completed (or are just finishing up) three major book and magazine projects: Building Small, a 264-page book on smaller-scale, incremental urban development for the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Home Hydroponics, a 192-page how-to book on indoor plant and vegetable growing projects for the Quarto Group; and the annual 64-page visitor's guide to Gloucester, Massachusetts, Discover Gloucester, which we produced for the second-straight year.
Our work for the Mind & Life Institute touched on nearly every category of work in our wheelhouse, including branding; marketing collateral design; a new print magazine launch; workshop and conference programs; curriculum materials; and annual reports.
The work culminated with a year-long effort to design and develop a new website for the Institute.
Below is a visual walkthrough of the brand evolution that we directed over the course of two years.
The Mind & Life Institute is a nonprofit organization, originally cofounded by the Dalai Lama, that studies contemplative practices and the science of the human mind.
Our studio is located on the third floor of Studios at Porter Mill, a former shoe industry factory building in downtown Beverly, Massachusetts.
The building is now home to over 50 artists, designers, photographers and other creative businesses.
We are directly across the street from the Beverly Depot parking garage.
We are always interested in hearing from new clients, and would love to discuss your upcoming print or online project.
